The facilities were very good and the breakfast was nice hot with powder scrambled eggs. Location: the hotel was not far from easy route to the airport, and the tram line.

Stayed at this hotel on previous occasions and once again we were not disappointed. Very pleasant staff and good service. Very good buffet in restaurant. Hotel very convenient for overnight stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the whole hotel experience. The receptionist was smiling and helpful and provided the room we needed with two double beds. The room was very spacious and clean with coffee and tea facilities and a huge shower room....altogether a comfortable and calm night's sleep......and a good price !!!

Location - perfect for our overnight stay between Holland and Portugal, food was excellent, classic room was very comfortable and had everything you could wish for. staff are lovely people - they aim to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, we would certainly stay here again.

Great location close to the town center, airport, tram stop, and various shops and restaurants. Easy access to Bordeaux with the nearby tram stop.- The airport is conveniently only a 5-10 minute drive away.- Delicious breakfast options, including powdered scrambled eggs.

This was a great stay on holidays. Quadruple room I stayed at was functional with comfortable beds. The location was marvellous and magnificent, very close to the city centre, and a tram stop which provides easy access to Bordeaux.

Beds excellent , family room big and well set out, breakfast buffet good ,
Not much for children to do as the weather was cool and the pool too cold to use . Evening hot buffet very disappointing - overcooked beef and vegetables all rather tasteless .would like an English tv channel for children as the novotel chain has .
